Delivery & Returns


UK Delivery - Delivery is FREE for all orders*

Delivery times vary as many items are made to order. Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you with an expected delivery date.

International Delivery

Please email with the details of the items you wish to order and your shipping address to get a quote.

Duties & taxes

Duties and taxes may apply if you place an order from outside the EU. For countries within the EU, there are no custom charges.

Inverse Square Lighting shall not be liable for duties or taxes. Please be well informed before you place an order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any queries.


We offer customers the option to request a refund or exchange up to 14 days after receiving your Product(s). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned without delay at your expense in the original packaging and in a fully saleable condition.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Submit a return request by emailing the following information to

  • Order number
  • Item(s) being returned / exchanged
  • Reason for return / exchange

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items returned after 14 calendar days, or to make a re-stocking charge of up 40% (this may vary on some brands) of the original purchase price. We also reserve the right to refuse a refund if you return a product that's not in a fully saleable condition.  If the cost of a product has increased since purchase we also reserve the right to charge the restocking fee at the new RRP.

We will review your request and advise whether it is successful. If your request is successful then we will send you information on how to return your item.

We advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
